There are about 22 million Veterans in the United States. There is a lot of misinformation and I run into people that frequently don't think they are a veteran because they didn't deploy to some sort of conflict and basically as soon as you say your oath and the last words come out of your mouth, "so help me God" and your drop your right hand you are a Veteran.

Compliance is good but it seems sort of ironic to me that you would have additional training requirements for the same people that are not allowed to talk without permission and when they are allowed to talk they are not allowed to tell the whole story. That just seems funny.
